If the King wanted to help the LGBT community in Cambodia, as well as South East Asia country, he could easily make it.After all Buddhism is not a religion which opposes same sex marriage.
Majority of Cambodians are Buddhism followers.
Should the Cambodia LGBT groups seek the help of the King?
