But you did not honest to God and the church members by hiding your sexual preferences. 

Either you are bisexual or homosexual. Bisexual can hide behind the marriage, that is much easy however, your urge for having love the same sex is unable to say it. Thus, you get more mental health problem. 

In the internet age, one can know your sexual preference by looking at your fingers, it is called gay fingers.
