It is hard to say as the regulation in China is keep changing.
Though history of gay emperor was written thousands of years ago, the people in China either do not accept it or do not know.
Nothing much to say when the gay community do not want to promote gay fingers. By doing so, more people can be awaken up.
It is simple, just look at the fingers of oneself, the answer is almost there.
