Pemuda PSM needs to study the 377 Penal Code

 

Pemuda PSM need to be wise to see the future for homosexual people in Malaysia.

We wonder the Youth section of Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) know about the 377 Penal Code. Of course, they are all professional people or educated people , they should know. 

Here we would like to ask, is discussing the 377 Penal Code and its exsiting with mental health is a crime ? 

We have said that 377 Penal Code can be used to sabotage anyone in Malaysia including the youth in PSM.

Talking about the sexual health problem, let the AIDS Foundation Malaysia do it.They have the resources and the rich and politic powerful person, the Kerajaan MADANI dares not touch a hair of them. https://maf.org.my/V2/

Pemuda PSM is a political section of PSM, they should focus on the policy and regulation, even conducting the online courses for constitution of Malaysia, including other codes, of course, not to forget the 377 Penal Code and have seen few, not many though, openly reported ones, in jail or charged like PMX.

Only 5 countries in the world are still keeping the British code in their countries to sabotage anyone they dislike.

Too many homosexuals do not know about the sexual pleasure of side, they only go for the flow of others doing top and bottom. Dear friends, homosexual is not only on top and bottom, even the bisexual women are not interested in the fucking of the virgina holes but due to the reproduction causes, they have to do it. 

Pemuda PSM has the resources, do the online survey about the liking of top and bottom, Singapore Grindr did it and the result is 77% like side,reported by the gay page, Dear Straight People.https://dearstraightpeople.com/ and the China gay community, not all the homosexuals are participating, 65% like side. 

In short, getting the AIDS or other STDs would be low. Besides, the AIDS foundation has conducted lots of workshops and information on using condoms , not in the schools though.

Our question to Pemuda PSM, why a need to repeat the doings of homosexual health. Only few like to go for Chemsex fun. Get to the cause of the problem. It is the 377 Penal Code which curtail the mental health of homosexual and bisexual.

PSM does not have to openly do the petition to repeal the 377 Penal Code, othter individual can do the online petition. They know there are free online petition,but none of the people think the problems which 377 Penal Code brings in.

We know many politicians and religion leaders are homosexual and bisexual from looking at their fingers. If you did not agree on that, you could look at your fingers.  The gay fingers research has done some time back but Kinsey Scale Test has done more than 50 years ago.

We do not know whether the Pemuda PSM can change the content of the event and invite more lawyers to present the views on the 377 Penal and it can go on openly without needed to hide for the ambush and unpleasant events. Encourage the local universities to debate the 377 Penal Code. 

Let us hope the 2025 Pride Event is a different in Malaysia.
