This is the because the homophobic people in two religions, Christianity and Islam make it this way.

How many countries in South East Asia approve same sex marriage law? Only ONE, that is Thailand. Therefore, the politicians and religion mental health problem people, you see why South East Asia needs to face such a problem. 

If Vietnam approved the same sex marriage law but not giving the same sex union, though, the homosexual in Vietnam can stay together but not having the same rights for the marriage, this problem would be less effect. Less people in Vietnam, less people demand for oil. Only the business people are not happy about it. One question, with tons of money, would you carry it to the graveyard ?

The homosexual community does not look at the different way to fight for the same sex marriage law passed. How the people feel it is vital, for example the weather change and the environment problem. 

Just pass the same sex marriage law, you solve lots of problem, the society will be much more happy.
