The BRICs should change the rule.

 

Among the BRICs countries, the original members of five are Brazil, Russia, India, China and later South Africa joined in.

The environment ministers of BRICS states held a meeting on 16 September in Goa and they agreed on a memorandum of understanding and announced the setting up of a joint working group institutionalising their mutual cooperation on environment related issues.^[7] The agriculture ministers of BRICS nations held a meeting on 23 September in New Delhi.^[8]

Climate change is on the table and you see the progress of same sex marriage law is increasing.

India is on the way to pass the same sex marriage law, only two communist countries, one is ex communist country, Russia and China are persecuting the gays and lesbians.

The BRICS should pass the rules similar to European Union (EU), all member countries should respect the same sex marriage from other countries.

Poland has been told to recognise same-sex marriages registered elsewhere in the European Union, in a ruling by the EU's top court.

The painless way to solve the climate change problem is passing same sex marriage law in every country. 

As for the BIMSTEC countries, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BIMSTEC  One member, Thailand has passed the same sex marriage law in 2025. Bhutan on the other hand has discriminalised the same sex as unnatural in 2021. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBTQ_rights_in_Bhutan

Many politicians are side gays or fully gays, look at their fingers, you know their sexuality.  

Therefore, protecting the climate via approving the same sex marriage law is the best choice.
