Yes, it might if he did not know he were a bi sexual.

Can a heterosexual change into a homosexual?

Yes, it might if he suppressed his feeling towards same sex for a long time.

According to Kinsey Scale, those who are at scale 1 would be possible to be bi sexual. This is nothing surprised. It is because the liking of same sex in scale 1 might be 10 to 15%. If someone he/she liked appearing, they might like to have sex. Thus this does not mean they are not bi sexual in the past, just because they are less incline to same sex.

It is the same that the scale 5 bi sexual will turn into homosexual, did you get that ?
